For over 11 years, Kendra Fluegeman has refined and mastered her strategic selling skills. She has gained experience in working with new and existing customers, effectively building sales teams, and defining and implementing new business processes within the organization.

Currently, Kendra serves as an Enterprise Account Executive on the North Central sales team in which she works directly with new prospects to evaluate and implement the Sitecore digital experience portfolio. She leads the team in conversation with the prospects, outlining strategic plans for presentations and demonstrations, and ensures the team is working together to effectively connect and build relationships with the prospects. 

Kendra’s tenure in sales has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building teams and personal connection. Most importantly, her efforts have helped influence sales team structure and processes. Kendra has been a critical team player in providing feedback and innovation to grow the sales team globally.

Kendra is a warm, friendly individual who values connection and strong relationships. She is empathetic and strives to work with others collaboratively and effectively, respecting the values and work preferences of people she interacts with. This approach allows her to quickly build trust and credibility to influence and lead others.

Aside from work, Kendra is passionate about serving her community and advocates for children in the court system as a CASA Volunteer. She is also an active board member and treasurer with the non-profit organization, Rahab’s Daughters. In this position, she plays a role in fighting human trafficking and providing strategic value and direction for the organization.

Kendra holds a Master’s of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a BS in Applied Computer Science from the University of Southern Indiana.
